Read MoreTe Ira Tangata is a display of artworks by local students who visited The Suter Art Gallery te Aratoi o Whakatū’s exhibition Kanohi Kitea, which showcases the art of moko kanohi, or facial tattooing. The students created their own tohu, or design, that represented their identity, their whakapapa, and their connection to the land and their culture.
