Suter Kids’ Club (After School)
The Suter Kids’ Club runs weekly after-school art classes for children aged 6–13. Using current exhibitions as inspiration, children learn about art while exploring different materials and techniques. Classes encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

Art in the Gallery (Teens & Adults)
Step into the gallery and reconnect with your creativity. This relaxed and inspiring class takes place inside The Suter’s changing exhibitions, offering a unique setting to explore art directly in response to the artworks on display.
Small groups (limited spaces available) ensure personal guidance throughout the term. Teens (13+) are welcome, alongside adults who want to refresh or grow their creative confidence.

Drawing & Mixed Media Class (Adults)
Discover the joy of drawing and art-making in this hands-on class, led by award-winning illustrator Lily. With a background in illustration and visual storytelling, Lily brings a fresh, dynamic approach to teaching. Her classes are designed to help you unlock creativity, build confidence, and experiment with a range of drawing techniques.
Over the course, you’ll explore:
Fundamental drawing skills – learning to see and capture what’s in front of you
Wet and dry media – from pencil and ink to mixed materials
Creative approaches to drawing – blending observation with expressive mark-making
Supportive guidance – tailored feedback, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to grow your practice
