Independent workshop in the Mina Arndt Education Room

Delve into the craft of spoon carving. You’ll learn what to look for in a section of wood, how to use a carving axe and hook (crook) knife, as well as finishing techniques, surface design and how to protect the wood with food-safe finishing oils.
