About Michael Dell: Based in Nelson, New Zealand, Michael Dell is a celebrated contemporary artist with a Fine Arts degree from Canterbury University. Michael's work, which often shifts between abstraction and representation, explores the ordinary in a way that rejects drama and easy narratives. His enigmatic artworks, more like memories than traditional landscapes, are held in various public collections across New Zealand.
